The Process
1. We arrange a consultant to get you a fermentation license or instruct you on how to do it yourself.
2. Choose a Wort (Grain Brewed sugar water) from one of our 100+ tried and true recipes.
3. Our Mobile brewery delivers a single tank to your location for fermentation.
4. Between 7 and 10 days later, we come back, process the beer into cans or kegs and you are all set to go!

Barrel Aged Belgian Triple
8.5% ABV
Pale yellow with thick white head.
This classic Belgian strong ale marries big fruity esters and clove flavours with oaky and vanilla goodness from bourbon barrels. We use a large amount of Belgian Candi Sugar in the boil to recreate this classic style. Strong but drinkable, our Triple is one of our most complex brews with layers of Belgian yeast notes and old world hops.
Dragon Slayer
Smokey Plum Radler
3.5% ABV
Hazy gold with white head.
Sweet and smooth, this juicy sipper has a healthy dose of wheat in the grain bill. Jam and plum notes mingle with a hint of smoke.
Dog Gone It
Wheat Ale
5% ABV
Light straw in color with white head.
This crisp and balanced American Wheat Ale is drinkable and extremely refreshing. Classic Northwest hops play in the background with fruity esters from our house yeast strain.
Heroes & Hogs
Pale Ale

Light gold with white head.
Heroes & Hogs is a classic American Pale Ale, kicked up with a complex hop bill that combines citrus, pine, and melon flavours. A firm malt body of light caramel and biscuity grain matches the hops, with just enough sweetness balance with the bitter notes. The perfect flagship beer.
Cool Cat
Barrel Aged Belgian Triple
6% ABV
Deep yellow with off-white head.
Belgian yeast is the star of the show in this blonde, rich ale. Rich notes of clove, banana, and fruit mingle to create a sturdy but drinkable, well-carbonated beer.
Fine Feathered Friends
Red Ale
5% ABV
Deep copper and red hues with a tan head.
This red ale is smooth and creamy, showing off not only kilned malted barley but oats and malted wheat as well. Lighter on the hops, this brew is rich and complex without being overwhelming on the palette. A deep and flavourful body with layers of light caramel and chocolate drive this beer.
Honey Bee Ale
Light Lager
4.5% ABV
Light yellow white head.
Drinkable and easy-going. Honey Bee Ale is a light lager that is dangerously drinkable with just enough flavour. Equal parts light hops, malts, and yeast come together to make a perfectly balanced and refreshing brew. The addition of honey during fermentation leaves this beer extra crisp with an earthy and delicious hint on the finish.
Hummingbird Flyer
Barrel Aged Stout
7.5% ABV
Rich dark brown with tan head.
This portly stout is rich and bold, and holds complex flavours of vanilla and oak. The creamy malt profile is deceptively smooth, hiding its high alcohol content. A strong beer that is mouth coating and smooth, this one is not for the faint of heart. Time and patience make this beer one to remember, with chocolate and molasses notes lingering on the palette long after the last sip.

IPA
6.8% ABV
Light copper with beige head.
This big, burly, full-bodied IPA packs a punch. An addition of kilned malts propels a bitter and flavourful explosion of hops. Lemon peel and pine on the nose, this IPA doesn’t pull any punches. Following up are flavours of grapefruit and berries, married perfectly with a smooth and rich malt body. An intense beer that still leaves you wanting more.
Rocky Raccoon
Dark Saison
6% ABV
Dark with light tan head.
This dark but easy-going saison mixes elements of a classic farmhouse style ale, with the darker, richer notes of a Belgian dubbel. Don’t be fooled by the colour. This beer is light on the roast flavours, and fermented warm to coax out layer upon layer of rich fruity esters and light continental hop flavours.
The Dog Father
Stout
5.5% ABV
Dark chocolate colour with dark beige head.
This tasty, cocoa-nib infused stout is modeled in the Export Stout style. This classic ale is flavourful and rich with mild roasty and coffee notes. Cocoa nibs at the end of the boil give this beer a richer, dark chocolate flavour that carries through in the finish. Not too sweet or strong, this Stout is a winner.
Camp Fire Smores
Robust Porter with Toasted Marshmallow
6.2% ABV
Dark with tan head.
This porter is on the sweeter side, combining rich and chocolate malt notes that bring to mind the flavours of graham cracker and chocolate. We add a torched marshmallow to the top to complete the flavour of the classic campfire treat.
Lime Green Love
IPA
5.5% ABV
Pale straw with white head.
Our Masher IPA’s little brother. This IPA is easier on the ABV and malt flavour, but just as perky and hoppy. Clean and crisp, we use malted barley and a touch of wheat to provide the perfect canvas for a hop bomb of citrus and melon.
Pucker Face
Lemon Gose
4% ABV
Light yellow with white head.
We take the classic Gose style sour beer, and infuse Meyer Lemon peel and juices during the brew to make the ultimate sour beer. Citrus flavours perfectly compliment the Gose’s effervescent, tart and lightly salted style characteristics. This beer is beyond refreshing and a wonderful gateway to sour beers for the uninitiated.
